If you have a scheduled appointment for your child, Amy Avenue has the potential to provide financial assistance, allowing you to avoid paying for a ride-share at the time of service.
Gas Card Program
We distribute gas cards to families struggling with transportation costs, enabling them to reach medical appointments without the added stress of fuel expenses.
Ride Share Cost Reimbursement
At Amy Avenue, we realize that sometimes medical transportation is needed quickly, but not emergently. If you feel that it is in the best interest to call for a rideshare for the transportation of you and your child so that your child receives medical care, please do so. Amy Avenue may be able to offer reimbursement to help offset the cost of the ride-share that was needed. Please submit a request form for help.
